I grew up in the south Indian city of Chennai.  

I've spent the best part of last five years in the suburbs of New York,  the Bay Area and most recently Ann Arbor.

I worked in several online marketing roles in India and in the U.S. before deciding to pursue a Master's in Human Computer Interaction at the University of Michigan.

I like to unwind by cooking, playing badminton, watching movies, traveling and going on long, meditative walks.


My educational background is the unique confluence of design, business and engineering.


I recently graduated with a Master of Science in Information (MSI) degree specializing in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

I did my M. B. A. in Marketing at Hofstra University, NY.

My Bachelors in Engineering (B. E.), specializing in Electronics and Communication is from Anna University, Chennai.


I am a HFI Certified Usability Analyst (CUA). 

The certification demonstrates proficiency in:

  • Practical Usability Testing
  • Putting Research into Practice


My team was one of the 12 semi-finalists chosen to present at the 2015 CHI Student Design Competition held at Korea from among the 70 teams that competed from around the world. Read about our CHI project Minowe.

I was inducted as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society for being among the top 10% of graduating students at the University of Michigan.

I was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at Hofstra University. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition given to a business student.
